Having never read the comics, it's hard to get into Buffy's head space, but I really enjoyed this nonetheless. And I also really appreciate fics that incorporate the comics canon, because that way I get to know what's going on without ever having to actually read them. *g*

This was very, very different to any Spuffy I've ever read (for one thing Spike and Buffy got an endorsement from Angel in the national press, heh!).

This isn't a predicament I'd ever imagined Buffy finding herself in but now I've read this, it all seems perfectly plausible. How neat that the solution to the problem was this article about kitchens.

Great stuff, beautifully written and with terrific Spike characterisation.

and Angel's gripe about 'young people these days' was hilarious

Angel has far too much on his plate to worry about Spuffy! Even if most of it is crappy cinema, the poor wee puppet-man... :D

Excellently done! I really enjoyed the way you incorporated the comics into this fic. Angel ragging on the jokes in the movie made me snort, he would so do that.

Thank you! Yay that you liked Angel; he's such an old man sometimes... And I'm all about scavenging bits from the comics to suit my own purposes. :D
