Round 8 - Participation Banner

Voting for Round 8 is closed and the winners determined and I'm only waiting for dani_meows to get back to me concerning her Mod's Choice icons. As soon as I have them, I'll post the results :)

Until then, I've actually managed to make banners early -- at least the participation banners!
