Why they felt the need to send anyone up North to deal with such minor disturbances is beyond me. Crimson is more than welcome to it. It's good to be back in Central.

Seems like there's been a new influx while I was gone. Colonel Roy Mustang, Flame Alchemist. Welcome, if a little late. I'm afraid I still don't know many people here yet.
