Be true to you....
How does, when I think that something may be ending or that something great I have, is about to come crashing down, do I find that it takes yet another step towards something AWESOMELY AMAZING? Something that can and most likely WILL last forever? I was talking to Phil for over four hours tonight and I just fell in love with him all over again. He is truly the best person I know and I pray that no matter what happens to me in life, that I will always have his love to guide me.
Good news is that my Pastor was talking to Phil, and with certain developments with his grandparents, Phil may not be able to travel all the way to Alabama to Master's Commission. (I don't know what happened to Boyce, but it seems like it has fallen to a second or third on the college rating scale...) So pastor tells Phil that there is a much closer Master's Commission. Where is it? Evansville. Phil cracks up in Pastor's office. He doesn't understand why, then he remembers... that's where his girlfriend is... ME!! So if Phil comes down here and likes the school, then he may end up going to school for 3 years down here, which means... we'd leave Evansville at the same time. SO AWESOME! How does it that God places two people in each other's path and then sends them apart, and just like that puts them back together without warning? Oh my gosh... SO EXCITED!
THEN... We talked forever and he and I both completely opened up about our pasts. It was amazing. I told him all about my past with no regrets, no reservations. And he did the same... It was beautiful. THEN, he tells me about how everyone was talking about their ideal weddings the other night and their ideal honeymoons.... OH MY GOSH... He's so planning our wedding if we get engaged... I pick colors, he does everything else.... I'm in awe... And the honeymoon? So romantic! I love this boy so much! I really do....
