Summer so far
I'm such an early birdy hehe!
I'm currently sitting at my desk here in NEDA where im currently taking up my practicum. I just started yesterday. it was boring the most part.. i was actually required to brush up on my knowledge on millenium development goals and a lot of social welfare policies i have yet to fully appreciate. The people here are surprisingly laid back but at the same time very much competent with what they're doing.
having no working allowance sucks big time! squeezing my dad for summer allowance is more difficult than i thought it would be... ayos lang God will provide! fortunately a good friend of mine who happens to live in LA also works here along Shaw boulevard. Its kinda ackward though because she's a girl and she drives me to and fro the house. yes, i don't know how to drive yet so spank me ;)
its my second day of exercising before going to work and im proud to say i've stuck with it. i've been reading up on body weight exercises so i could stay fit and hopefully get big without checking in a gym. Hope i could stick with this long enough to see some results.
Last night was a real treat! i got to eat out with mama char for her birthday along with other close friends. Had a nice talk with pat and dan bout girls and goin full time and the new honda car the people in greenblet were raving about. It just occured to me how critical the next few months would be. tough decisions will have to be made. lines will have to be drawn. And more time will be spent on just listening to God's direction for my life.
for now, the convergence is coming up at the fort. practices are up for the next two days. saturday would be for the UERM retreat. Gah! i'll be sharing my testimony in front of 300+ people in about 3 minutes. 3 minutes! friday would be popcorn night at youth on fire so if anybody is up for a good movie, your welcome to come (6pm Galleria) ;) Oh and im finally going to feel sand on my feet 2 weeks from now! haven't been to the beach for ages! hope i could get a good tan. and i hope i get to spend some quality time with _______ hahahaha!
NEDA work load will pile up by tomorrow so it will be all readings and reports today.. woopeee!!!!
