I am in the same situation - my current job pays SHIT, but any new job I get will be just as fucking lame, just with a slight boost in pay. Fortunately my boss being an assclown and my coworker being a raging middle-aged cunt helps tip the scales toward "want a new job."

dude, that totally sucks about your assclown boss. my boss is making things harder by being all awesome all the time. drat. i hope you find a job you like better with fewer shitty people working with you!

my situation probably won't change - i doubt i'll be offered this new job, but it was worth a try, so i at least feel like i'm trying to better my situation.

also, right now kevan and i work in the same building, and carpool to work most days. i'm afraid that after a few more years of this one of us will get tired of the other...and that would suck.
