So the scale says I am at 297.7...only .3 pounds since last week...I have been weighing everyday and I was as low as 295 before...most people I have talked to think it is just my body gaining new muscle...but that is awefully fast...but who knows, that could be it...here are my measurements.
Neck: 17.5 +.25"
Chest: 52 -.5"
Bicep: 17.5 -.5"
Forearm: 13.5 same
Waist: 48 -1"
Thigh: 31.5 -.5"
Calf: 18 -.25"
What I see here is the slow removal of the layer of fat over my extremities...nothing enough that I would notice it looking the mirror, but the tape shows all. Because of this I actually do believe the theory that my weight is shifting up and down like this cause of my heavy weight workouts...if I did just pure cardio I would be dropping weight very quickly...but I enjoy the gym to much to give it up. So I will just have to hope that my weight loss will catch up with my muscle gain so I can again see results.
