Who Supports Our Troops?
Who indeed?
More than once I've heard how the President -- who is responsible for planning and submitting the military budget for Senate approval -- has repeatedly been late in submitting his budget, and even more lax in actually making sure the money set aside for it gets to those on the ground who need it. It's sickening, really.
