I just bought this.

This reminds me of the time I went to Japan, then wanted to start learning Korean... There's something to love about both, really.

Totally. Squier is like the approved Fender knockoff brand for people who can't afford a REAL guitar (like me). A few reviews mentioned replacing the pickups and the strings AT LEAST -- apparently everything else is pretty solid -- and then you'd have an axe just about as sweet as any pricier Fender.

Now to learn how to play...
