My brain has already exploded once today. Must it go again?

To clarify, my icon is of Vinnk holding a "If only life were as simple as Evangelion" sign. I have lots of icons of other people, such as sacredspud,phil_bond, and a couple of hot Japanese girls I knew in Nagasaki. You're not the first person to be confused by such things.

Yet when people use icons of celebrities with some kind of text added to it, no one is confused. That's kind of unfair. What, is it just because you know the people in question? Or are you just disappointed it was me, and not Vinnk magically appearing on your friends list...? :p
