In regards to 3.1 you have to remember that for people in the Fame spotlight, every iota of their past gets dragged into the public eye by paparazzi. Even though a formative past event doesn't directly connect them to the group or their fame, it impacts their fan-base. The price of being famous baby.

Good point Kev, these formative scenes should definately be fodder for haters later in the game.
