Even Squares Like Wine
We drove out to a tree farm in the hills yesterday and cut ourselves a nice little Christmas tree. The very sweet, totally conservative/suburban-looking, soccer mom lady manning the cash register took our money, gave us our change and then sort of shyly said "By the way, your hair is so cute! I've been watching, er, looking at it. It looks really, really cute!" I love it when people like her compliment me on the way I look. I must be doing something right if they dig it, too. Hehe.
