This image-manipulation technology will allow scaling of web images without distortion, by prioritizing parts of an image to discard when scaled. So if you scale a picture of your friend standing in front of the Washington Monument, it'll crop out the grass and sky first, leaving just your friend and the Monument ... even if this means the relative space between them changes. Er, just watch.
