Homemade udon noodles and meso/ mussel soup. not only did it use every bowl in my house, but was delicious.
udon noodles are amazingly simple: flour + water+ sea salt

Just finished Kafka on the shore. I expected it to be odd from the beginning being in tone with everything else writen by Murakami. But this one is beyond explanation... a kinda modern day Oedipus complex with super powers.......
