just a couple of items:
- The new Ted Leo & The Pharmacists' track The Sons of Cain from the forthcoming Brendan Canty-produced Living With The Living album has been released as a free mp3, courtesy of Touch and Go Records. Available exclusively at Pitchfork's Forkcast. Track kinda reminds me of Tom Petty & The Heartbreaker's American Girl, for some reason.
- Chicago post-punk band Naked Raygun reunited for Riot Fest 2006, then decided to make it permanent. Expect touring and new recorded material on the horizon. John Haggerty isn't part of the reformed NR, unfortunately, I guess he's still with Pegboy. I'm also assuming that's the end of The Bomb.
