During the first power outage, thanks to descriptions of what's coming up in Smallville, I was kinda expecting the message "Kneel before Zod" to appear on the screens...
The only way that would work would be if Lex Luthor was still possessed by Zod long after Smallville--and he can't be, since Zod appeared in the second movie, too. Complicated? Yes.
(ok, I haven't seen the first two movies).First movie: I haven't seen the entire thing yet, but at some point Luthor uses a missle to try to destroy the west coast. He wants to destroy California for beach front property, I think. Hey, at least he's consistent

Oops, missed the first couple of paragraphs thanks to an open cut tag...
Hey, at least he's consistent. Consistent, eh? Why don't we ask Lois? Lois: Gene Hackman was a better... Lex: WRONG!!
as long as they give him Australia. Well, of course he wants the best bit for himself! :D
and he wipes Lois' memory And years later Batman finds out that even Supes is mindwipy, and wonders if his own mind might've been wiped, and of what....
Oh, and much eye-covering.
You have to wonder just how confused she was when she turned up pregnant. Maybe Kryptonian pregancies work differently, and there'd been enough time to meet ScottRichard.
*snerk* DING-DONG! "Mom? Dad? It's some lady calling herself Dark Phoenix, and one called White Queen, and they want a word with you two!"
At that point she should have had a concussion or broken back at the very least. Not counting the incident on the plane.Aye, even after the plan ride she should've been in plaster for many months! Unless she's got her own secret healing factor

If Batman really wanted to know, he could ask Alfred. The one person that Superman refuses to mind wipe in that way. :D
Lois: Need I even ask why? No, forget it. Is there anyone who ISN'T in some kind of almost-relationship thing with him?!
That would be a no. If Perry White had some awkward silence, too, Lois was freak out. Batman would decide it was just safer to stay under the bed for a while.
Although, if he was going to put it back himself, why put it on that car in the first place?
That's true. Maybe Perry White hired someone to fix it as soon as possible? Think of that bill!
The one person that Superman refuses to mind wipe in that way. :D Well, probably not "refuses", just "wouldn't dare".

Maybe Perry White hired someone to fix it as soon as possible? Think of that bill! True. Especially in the seller's market of Metropolis' building repair biz, with every single skyscraper needing new windows at the least.

And the mindwipe would probably just not work with him anyway.

Maybe Perry could get the owner of the Daily Planet to pay for it. In the comics, Bruce Wayne bought it.
