Birthdays
Yesterday (February 12) was my birthday. I took the day to not do anything other than chill out, sleep in, and relax. I know most people think of birthdays as a time to have big parties, and in years past I've played shows on my birthday, but today I figured my life is so freakishly hectic I would be served better to rest as my gift to myself.
Even though I was born on February 12th 1987, 178 years before that two other slightly more famous folks were born on February 12, Charles Darwin, and Abe Lincoln, two pretty cool folks to share a birthday with.
Other than birthday stuff as of recent I have had my nose in a book trying to figure out the phrasing of various philosophers, and working on music, and also doing these fun little stop motion things on my computer. (I have one for Aurafunk on my facebook.) Right now they're not terribly complex but I'm sure the more I work on them the more well crafted they will get.
