Not actually a big fan of sweeping social issue posts (not that I don't care, it's just the outrage fatigue...) But, I followed a link and saw that you seem to have had the same sort of childhood as me, which is pretty rare in my current circles, so of course I had to friend you.

"Outrage fatigue" is a very good way of describing it, I may borrow that term.

But yes, cat posts (hmm, posts about cats, not the scritching posts for cats *g*). You can look under the 'cats' if you want to look at older posts, and pictures (warning: iz kewt *g*)...

That is Lucky Jack, I got him after the son of a friend saw him being tossed out of a moving car into the woods. He is brilliant, and a little clumsy. This icon is his baby brother Falco, who was born to a feral cat under a cabin in Wisconsin. He is the most genial, charmingly dim, graceful cat I have ever known. The two Boys are madly in love with each other.
