Toronto Trek '06
It seems like it sounds odd, but Jennica is a big sweetheart for drawing a big X through the picture of Superman on my chip bag!
My friends Ed the Sock and Liana K were guests at the Toronto Trek sci-fi convention this weekend so Jennica and I went along to hang out, take in the scene, and make it a party. That's one of the most spirited crowds I've seen at one of these things yet! I finally got to meet one of the organizers of the late-summer 'Expo' that happens at the Metro Convention Centre, and that was awfully weird. There was a really enthusiastic crowd at Toronto Trek with a strong sense of community, so doesn't that mean that the Expo guys should have been busy putting on a one-day 'Fan Appreciation Event' this weekend?
