New Years and stuff
Might as well do an update as 1. I can't sleep; and 2. I haven't done one in a little while.
Hope everyone on my rather small contact list had a splendid new years eve and xmas...mine was highly enjoyable, helped mostly be the excellent company on offer.
Emma was down most of New Years, meeting my rather frighteningly odd family for the first time. I'm sure you can now understand, darling, why exactly I'm so fucked up in the head.
The night was spent drinking heavily, especially in Emma's case, as she woke up with a rather chronic hangover, feeling muchos under the weather. Highly amusing.
We then went back down to London on the 2nd where we met up with Angie and Kate, still two of the most awesome people I have met recently. No doubt Kate's head is going to swell considerably at this. We spent the evening first in a pub, and then at a Chinese restaurant in which I succeeded in embarrasing them all with anecdotes of my strange aquaintances. No doubt Kate will inform more sufficiently in her update, as she spends a little more time on this server than I do.
The day after, myself and Emma met up with some fellow boardies, all of whom were fantastic. These were Ashley, Tez, Cari, Ada, Jassen...pleasure to meet them all. We spent the day looking around shops in London at the sale items, with me making a few purchases myself.
I then departed early evening to get back up to Lichfield much to my disdain. I'm really starting to love London, even the small things like the tube, which really has to be the most awesome thing ever. Muchos reliable, highly superior to anything up here.
Back at uni on Monday, after a highly enjoyable Xmas break.
