Paperwork...

Today, I officially finished my associates degree from Scottsdale Culinary Institute. I don't start the bachelors until May, so I have a bit of time on my hands. More on this later.

I'm attempting to take all the paperwork (notes, recipes, tests, grades, etc) that I've gathered over the past year, and make one big file with everything in it. I bought a hole punch and a nice big 2" binder. It has quickly become apparent that a 2" binder won't be quite big enough. In fact, I'm fairly sure that even a 4" binder won't fit the bill. I estimate I have over 1,000 pages of material that needs to be filed and indexed. About half of that is notes that I've typed over this past year.

So tomorrow it's off to OfficeMax to try and find a 6" binder to hold all this stuff. When I'm done I'll have a lot of useful material in one place. Anyone want to buy a 20 lb cookbook?

EDIT: Uhm...total, I have a stack of paper that's about 6 inches high...I'm not so sure that'll fit in a 6 inch binder after all. I might have to split this up into volumes A and B.
