I finally have a computer again!
After all the fun and games I had trying to convince evil Big Business to extend me some sort of financing arrangement as an impoverished student, which of course failed miserably, parents came to the rescue with a strategic swoop on PC World on the Thursday before Easter and snaffled me up a Bank Holiday Special before it had even got to the shop. Hence, after a couple of days of reconfiguring, reloading, reinstalling and so on, I am back. On new chips, so to speak.
So that was it really. I have news, but I just don't feel like writing it up now when I have a million and one small programs which I forgot to transfer over to hunt out and download. Plus work to do, of course. I just thought you should know.
