be proud of me.
i have had a total of:
1 beer in the last week and a half.

but i have to refill my prescription at the doctors office again.
so thats 1 more week of no alcohol.
grand total of:
2 weeks without drinking.

i can do it, but its really hard to resist when people offer to buy me drinks.
