Spam on LJ

An entry I made in grammarpolice just got spammed. It was a comment by a user in China that is trying to sell t-shirts. Has anyone else experienced this? Are we now going to see an influx of sockpuppet journals from China whose only purpose is to spam people's journals and communities in comments? Oi!

I've seen that around, though usually in posts, not comments. The only thing you can do is to delete/ban/mark as spam. I also suggest having more than one (trusted) moderator, who can take action when it shows up.
