amanda's coming, home, and summer plans
ok so it's been a while again....why is that when i have tons of interesting things to say, i'm too busy to write them down, and then when my life is really boring, I update like everyday with stupid entries....hummm i wonder. i think that that's one of those catch-22 things. ok well anyways, manda and my mom arrive tomorrow and i'm really exited! i miss amanda so much! it'll be awesome to see here, actually it would be awesome to see anyone from ca in mn. i've come to realize that i love it here and i don't want to go home, so having them come visit me is like the best of both worlds. i don't want to go home because it's going to be so boring. here i can walk at most 10 feet down the hall into jen's room (or just 2 throught the bathroom into jessie's room) to find people. at home it'll be just whoever is at my house, and knowing eveyeone, that won't be many people because eveyone is so busy that they're never home. that and lindsay's moving to lake almanor and melissa to san jose, everyeone will be atleast 45 mins away (lindsay will be like 4 hours). it's going to suck! and then i donno what's happening with everyone else. all i know is everyone else not move away because then i'm going to be mad.
i really hope that i get the job at NOL. it would be awesome because then i wouldn't have to be home for the month of july. plus i'd make more money in one month verses working two and a half months lifeguarding. lifeguarding is fun but then never give me enoungh hours and then i spend my breaks there rather then going home, so it feels like i work way more then what i'm getting payed for. but ya the NOL job would entail camping for a month....which means one whole month of marshmellows (yay!!)....and working with all of the higher-ups in the college of biological sciences, which is always good. then maybe i'll be able to line up a lab job for next year.
