Drabbles of Nonsense

Oct 14, 2012 23:57

So, I've written a bunch of scrappy things but cannot find the inspiration to finish them. So they shall stay as drabbles unless I suddenly change them into something. Some of these are just one-liners while others are longer paragraphs, some have no ending, some don't even have a plot, but this is how it goes sometimes.

The Wind and Wings - GD/Top

Fluttering, soft, light as air, feathers rained down a mix of white and gray. Seunghyun’s fingers grasped a small and delicate body his very own bird. The bones beneath his fingers frail and breakable. His bird. Jiyong was his. The tiny body in his hands began to writhe and struggle, his fingers tightened not wanting to let go, wings beat rapidly, panicked. Focusing his eyes on the thing in his hands, the too fast heart beat, visible fear in his hands. And then his hands were empty, open and letting go of his bird. Blue eyes watch as wings catch strands of air beneath them, rising on wings, on sunlight that splices through the murky pane of glass above him. The rustle of feathers is all that is heard, his bird landing on a top rafter, head jerky as a beady, clear eye stares him down, challenging. No fear now when an escape is as easy as a flap of wing. Complete silence as they stared at each other one challenging, the other already won. Jiyong was his. Black eyes looked away from blue ones with a bob of the head and an indignant coo. He smiled and his bird fluttered down the beam already forgotten who he belonged too

Don’t Leave Me - GD/Top

“Tabi…Seunghyun, don’t leave me.”

Seunghyun looked back smiling sadly. What did either of them do? What could they do? It was like they were destined to be together but fated to be apart. Which was it? How could they be both? How could life be so cruel to lead them down this path and not allow some reprieve? Seunghyun traced his thumb down the perfect curve of Jiyong’s cheek. He had so much love for this man but it obviously wasn’t enough because he would leave, he always did.

“You know I can’t stay Ji.”

He watched as Jiyong tried to hide the disappointment and the sadness that always seemed to tinge his eyes when looking back into his own. But Seunghyun had gotten used to it, like he had gotten used to the taste of cigarettes and liquor, the taste of Jiyong’s skin that seemed a mixture of coffee and sugar and something Seunghyun had yet to name, and like he had gotten used to Jiyong panting and sweating underneath him, and just like Jiyong had gotten used to Seunghyun leaving.

With one last kiss to the lips he would meet again, probably in heated darkness or fervent need of skin, he got up and left a casting glance back at the man now rolling over to sleep. He didn’t see the soft tears trickling down the face he traced moments ago. He didn’t see them but he knew they were there.

Sickness - Daesung/Top

But Seunghyun was too sick and Daesung was too late. You can’t have memories that were never created.

Remember Me - Daesung/Top

He felt a hand lightly touch the small of his back. He turned his head a slightly nervous smile slipping from his lips. Lights flashed leaving his vision spotty. Voices were everywhere; people were everywhere. Daesung fidgeted with the fringe on his jacket pressing closer to the reassuring hand. Seunghyun flashed him a smile instantly drawing out his own again however rigid it may have been. Daesung was nervous, beyond scared, and he wasn’t prepared for this. He shouldn’t have been there no matter how much the other members had wanted him to be, he was ushered along with the rest of Bigbang down the carpet and through the doors. He looked around himself wide-eyed and shaking.

He’d been to award shows before of course but this one was different. So many people he didn’t know and people he’d never dreamed of seeing milled around him. He felt Seunghyun’s hand slip from his back and frowned at the missing contact. An attendant showed them to their seats and they all sat down a little jittery. Seunghyun’s hand went to rest on his knee his thumb rubbing small circles over his pants to reassure. Daesung gave him a small smile.

Seunghyun was being, had been, so kind and gentle with him, even before everything happened it was just now he noticed it. He had never dreamed that something good could come out of something so horrible. A horrible thing he had done. Seunghyun leaned closer pressing lips to Daesung’s ear, whispering, “You’re doing great Dae.” Daesung tried to smile but knew it came out as a grimace. That’s all he seemed to do now, grimace, that and take deep breaths to keep him from passing out and floating off the earth. He half wondered what it would be like to fall and not hit the ground, if that was even a possible thing, sometimes gravity was more suffocating then all the flashing lights around him.

I Will Hate Somebody Else - GD/Seungri

He’s clutching his head screaming; screaming at him because he hated him, and he loved him, and he missed him, and he couldn’t get over the fact that he was completely selfish, and that he didn’t love him enough to stay.

“What do you want Ri!? Tell me what you want. I’ll get anything for you, that red and white jacket you like so much you can have it. I don’t want it. Ri just come back and you can have it.” His knees give way and he falls to the floor in a mess of sobs and unreachable pleas. He just needs him back.

Love Stoned- GD/Top

Maybe Jiyong was just a little too crazy or Seunghyun wasn’t enough.

He was always beneath him, always not good enough, always, always, always…something.

Drunk On Sleep - GD/Top

It was like he was ripping at the seams. Slowly at first then harder unraveling everything he had built over the years. First was his confidence, that he had to exude at all possible costs, then his never ending perfection, that ripped away in a messy flurry of disorder, soon his musical identity was yanked stitch by stitch, note by note, and what he was left with was a little tiny thread and a too hollow person. But that’s what Seunghyun did. Whether intentional or not it was too late to look back and see where he had been caught. He was already ripped apart by the time he realized it.

Monster - GD/Top

His breath came out in heavy puffs the air cutting his lungs and making his body numb. His fingers itched to grab the knife that lay strapped along his back. But he knew if he moved now all his efforts would have been in vain. His eyes locked onto the club across the street the bass vibrations traveling across and shaking nearby buildings. He could just see the faint red strobe light from the club filtering out and covering the surrounding street in a dark red glow. His eyes stayed glued to his surroundings, waiting. Movement on his left made him glance quickly to the side door as two bodies stumbled out into the alley. Light giggles and low whispering caught his attention.

He stayed crouched behind the huge dumpster peering in the dark to make out the bodies. His lips curled into a smile once he realized one of them was his current target. He waited until the bright red haired girl slipped her alcohol covered hand under the other’s shirt. The black clad boy pushed the girl against the brick wall spreading her legs with a well placed knee. His hands traveled up to her neck while his mouth placed hungry kisses first on her lips until they reached her neck. This was his chance. Bright fangs gleamed red from the club and that’s when he hurriedly stood, too swift for the girl to notice, and by the time the boy realized it was too late, Seunghyun already had a well placed knife in the guy’s throat. Blood flowed from his neck in gushes. If it could be called blood at all. What spilled onto the handle of his knife and his hand was black as tar and cold as ice. What normally burned mortals didn’t phase him at all. The vampire turned round black eyes onto him and let out a screeching hiss. The girl screamed and ran on wobbly feet away from their struggle. He didn’t worry about her no one would believe her drunken ramblings and the music of the club would deafen their fight.

Seunghyun watched with cold unfeeling eyes as the vampire fell to his knees his life force draining out. He bent down and grabbed the vampires chin in a vice-like grip turning the weakening vampire to him.

“Tell me where he is.”

The vampire just hissed at him again the black tar flowing from his lips and down his chin in streams. Angry Seunghyun shook him hard.

“I said tell me where the fuck he is!” He knew showing emotion of any kind to these creatures was breaking the rules but he was so close he could taste it. The vampire just looked at him with malice and reached, a pale fingered and now aging hand to his wrist. The creature’s black and long nailed fingers cut a thin line into his wrist. He didn’t wince the pain wasn’t even there for him. He had learned long ago to deal with little scratches like that. Then the vampire spoke in an ancient voice, thin as paper and weak as dust.

“You will not find him ever immortal conduit. He knows where you are. Knows your every move. And he will find you when he pleases. Your search is in vain. As is your petty revenge. You will never kill him.”

Seunghyun let go of the vampire in a fury, unthinking he kicked a steel toed boot out and hit the now wrinkled and withered body before him. A sickening crunch met his ears and he heard the soft cry from the cracked lips of the dying vampire. It didn’t help his anger but it gave him satisfaction. The vile creatures should feel pain he thought. They brought nothing but sorrow and misery in their wake it was time they felt some themselves. He didn’t stay to watch as the creature crumbled to ash its death a final and true one. It had bargained its soul for immortality and now was nothing. A fitting fate for the devil’s creatures he thought. He didn’t dwell on the fact that if they were the devil’s creatures then he was their pet. He didn’t even know if he had a soul. Not like he cared anymore. He had mourned and raged over that centuries past. Now he was set on destroying the very being that brought him this fate. Seunghyun slipped into the club and was drowned in blood red light. He walked through the writhing bodies and heat easily. Although tonight didn’t go as planned he had many more to try. He was immortal after-all, an immortal vampire hunter, such irony he thought. He was created by a vampire and now lived to destroy them. He only wanted to kill one vampire though, his creator, the vampire that stole his life from him, and he wouldn’t stop until his knife struck his heart. He didn’t even care that in killing Kwon Jiyong he would kill himself. It was a small price to pay for revenge.
