Oscar night was spent watching red-carpet fashion of the celebs, but we who watched decided that Gertrude was cuter than any actor or supermodel and that she had a lot of fancy fashion to show off. She truly is. She just looked at us with these patient trusting eyes, licking her little snout. I gave her treats as a reward totally out of a guilty conscience, not out of necessity. If I had her all the time, and not just occasionally, she would become a little fattie I think.
