I'm starting to think that the 'creatures' aren't the things to be careful of, it's some of the residents.
This place isn't particularly pleasant, that's unavoidable with everything that happens, but...some of the people here seem to be the real monsters.

I guess that's to be expected... There always seems to be a group of monsters lurking

It's inevitable when a group this size comes together. Bigger cities back home always seemed to have more problems.

Most big places gain some sort of...agreement on what's acceptable and what isn't though.

That doesn't stop people from doing things. Sometimes you have to do something like that in order to survive.

Killing people in places where they'll just come back... There's no point to it, things are just made worse.

The way this world works seems to turn a lot of general laws or rules upside down. Even then, if someone is attacked, they have to defend themselves one way or another.

From the sounds of it no one was attacked and yet we get to see someone's head being flaunted. I don't care about what they've done or are capable of doing; no one deserves having their body being shown off like a prize.

It was a bit... gruesome, but did you ever ask him what exactly he was trying to do?

I'm not going to keep up a conversation with someone that does something like that, regardless of what they were doing. It didn't need to be shown to everyone.

I agree with that sentiment. Dawn and Rion wouldn't need to see something like that.
