[The audio seems to start right in the middle of something, although it's slightly debatable as to that that 'something' is. There's a very quiet, near silent, sound of movement and almost cutting into skin a little, mostly drowned out by the muffled sounds of heavy breathing, sobbing and hisses from pain.
There’s the careful sound of fabric rustling, two types of the sound. One is careful and precise, the other sounds as though someone is twisting sheets and unable to keep still.
A voice eventually speaks up, not Kamui but "Kamui".]
Careful. Don't move too much, or I'll make a mistake.
[There's a louder string of sobs and choked hisses, although credit could be given for the lack of out-right screaming... From the sounds of things though those sounds could easily be being muffled by something and be drowned out.]
Ssh, it will be over soon.
[Almost in response, a small choked sound before a pained groan, clear and lacking whatever had muffled the sounds. The groan seems to soften into hisses for a short while before changing into strained, almost tired, whimpers.]
[Very thoughtful 'hmm' from "Kamui".] It's done.
