I work in a converted house. Downstairs, we've got a few lawyers, a property management company, and a graphics company. Upstairs, as of last summer, we have yacht brokers. When they moved in, they jokingly asked if any of us wanted to buy a yacht. I said no, but if they could keep their eyes open for a pirate ship, I'd go for that.

Today, one of them brought me a printout of a tall ship for sale, currently docked in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. Anybody have a spare $850K laying around?
