Today I received my schedule from Guilford. I don't think it's a final schedule, because I'll apparently have to discuss it with my adviser. However, the classes I got are journalism, becoming human in the 21st century, honors ethics, honors accelerated calculus, and chaos continues (which is a freshman class). I didn't get the art class I wanted, but I'll just be sure to get an art class this spring.
I spent four hours talking to the lady who lives across from my grandma. Her name is Connie, and she's been a friend of the family for a long time. Anyway, she called my grandma's house and asked me to come over for awhile. So I did, and she showed me pictures of some of her old paintings. We also talked about random things. I wasn't aware that we'd been talking four hours until I checked my watch and realized it was 3:30 p.m.
