Ok, so why do I spend the 75 cents to buy a newspaper when all it does is make me depressed? Oh well, anyway, it is back at good old Mass Maritime for me. For once I am actually glad to be at school. The winter was definitely a huge drag minus the last week. I mean, there are just so many squad/fire calls I can go on, so many books I can read, and movies I can watch. Definitely looking for an internship next year. With all luck, Willy will be able to hook me up with some connections. He knows a guy who owns a marine hazmat cleanup/decon company.
So, I have a feeling that my classes are going to go real well this semester. My physics teacher is a total lunatic, but strangely, closely similar to my sick sense of humor. American Government, Biology, and Data Management will all go well I am sure, and well Shakespeare will just be a drag, but an easy A.
So, there is this wilderness first aid class being held in the middle of May for a weekend on the cape. I am so signing up for it. It would definitely be good training and would refresh my splinting, etc. skills.
Ok, back to putting address labels on the 4,000 envelopes for work then off to bed. I get to drive to RI to shovel off a boat all day tomorrow.
Oh, did I ever mention that I hate compulsive liars?
