In an effort to make my indoor runs more productive, I am on a mission to finally increase the incline from the 1.0 I've stuck to forever. I've worked on speed and endurance, but left the incline completely neglected. Thank you, enthusiasm makes it sound more noble than my actual motivation of not wanting to give up good beer and food. :)
