"Now you're sounding like you're talking about Pinocchio." Ron quipped and sat up straighter from his place. Everyone seemed to be clicking with the same idea Seamus had just stated. If he hadn't mentioned it, Ron probably would have sooner or later.
Okay, we all know it would have been later, but that's not the point. "But you've got a point. You're the third person to say something about it around me."
"Ah, but I bet I'm the only one who thought of spies and imposters," Seamus said quickly, a little piqued that he wasn't the first to think something was wrong.
"Anyway, we need to figure out what exactly it is."
Something about Harry is definitely not right. I'll be there right away.
Always, Marlow

"I said Imperious Curse," Marlow interjected as she pushed her way inside the dormitory. She crossed her arms over her chest, looking at them with a smile. She was really happy that they were all deciding to do something about Harry.
Brady had sort of been trying to tune the conversation out, not really wanting much to do with Harry. But it was difficult and even more so when Marlow and Parvati walked into the room.
"I think he just needs to be smacked upside the head," he put in, just to say something. After a moment, he just turned his attention back down to the book in his lap.
"I slapped him before. I could do it?" she volunteered, tucking some hair behind her ears. She was trying to put aside her own heartbreak so get the Harry she loved back, but it was difficult.
Marlow only frowned, but she moved over towards Brady and sat besdie him on his bed. She looked around to all of those who was there in the room. She wasn't sure if hitting Harry was exactly the answer, though she knew Brady couldn't have cared either way.
"What if we all just tried to.. talk to him?" she asked them. "He couldn't possibly ignore all of us, could he?"
"I don't think thats going to work," Seamus said frankly. "Or he'd have gone back to usual a while ago when Vati slapped him the first time. I still think he's a spy. We need to get him to admit it ythough, before we can cure it."
"I don't think he's a spy. He's getting all mental about stuff that could get on his nerves anyway, so he's him." Ron was sort of paraphrasing what Hermione had said.
"So what? We trick him?" It could maybe work with all of them. "But it would have to be big and we'd have to be perfect on it to get him to slip up and tell us what's up."
"Trick him how?" Marlow asked, as Brady looked up at Ron as well. She was sitting close by him, but she was quite alert as to what was going on. Her eyes trailed over to Parvati, and frowned inwardly.
"Ask him questions only we know the answers to?" Parvati suggested, shrugging.
All she wanted to do was hang out with Charlie at that moment, and she wondered where that thought was coming from. But he always made her feel better.
"Well, when Ron and I were talking," Marlow spoke up from the bed, playing at the sheets. "Well, I think we deduced that it was sometime during the summer."
She looked over to Seamus. "Though, before term started, I hadn't talked to him since I gave him his birthday present."
"It was definitely before we got back here," he noted and tried his best to think of when it had all started.
"Was he acting different then? He stayed with me half the summer or something, but I can't remember." It was kind of pathetic that he didn't notice when his best friend had started acting different.
Neville watched back and forth as people tried to figure out when Harry started acting strange. He hadn't seen him over the summer, so he wouldn't have had any clue what triggered it. In fact, Neville hadn't spoken to Harry ever since the whole bed incident.

"But in reality, I suppose it could be anything."

"Which we need to discuss, and find a solution. And how are we going to convince Harry that something is wrong when we find out? He won't listen."
She gave Seamus a small grin. "But your theory is the most creative."

"He was a bit...bold. Remember? What was the date of that? Does that even fit? He was more of a tease than usual."
When her head wasn't raised in talking, she was gazing at the floor, picking at her nails.
