The rules are absolute crock.
I don't care if they were technically 'rules' before, some of them are just stupid. I mean, has anyone ever tried to limit a cat to one area with a whole bunch of other cats? Has anyone ever actually seen the way the Quidditch teams compete for practise times even without needing to be inside their house areas by eight every night? Does that include weekends and Hogsmeade Trips?
....This year's going to go downhill, guys. I can tell you all that already.
And what is with Harry? Taking Neville's bed like that? I thought he'd at least have asked him..
Maybe he wants attention..

Well, I guess all we can do is try and calm him down, he got rather huffy about it. I hope it's not the first of many but...
Well, it doesn't really matter. As long as we're friends again, he can be as huffy as he likes. I can take it, and I have no doubt the others can too. He's worth any of the confusion or aggravation or frustration he seems to unwittingly cause.

Speaking of, I need to talk to Professor McGonagall. I'm going to be a cursebreaker when I grow up. XD
