Under Pressure We're Cracking

Grrrr! Someone stole the light and odometer from my bike!

I've got a two tests this week. One will be okay, but the other I'm not so sure about (I did pretty horrible on the last one).Anyway, I'm trying to stop all the stress, so of course, that means I watch movies. Here are the last movies I watched:

Bananas - Hilarious Woody Allen movie. He's so great at making these awesome movies. The dinner scene and the scene where he's ordering the food are among the highlights.

The Shop on Main Street - Wonderful film from Czechoslovakia. It's got a slow pace to it, but it helped with the character development. And the ending is very powerful. Worth a look.

Veronika Voss - Very good 80s film that looks like a 40s noir film. The score is great and the story is really interesting.

Henry V - I finally watched Olivier's version. It's a beautiful looking movie, the beginning is neat the way we see how it was performed. It drags a bit after it transforms to the "real" story, but then it really picks up the night before the battle. But to be honest, I think Branagh's is better, I think it's more of an epic.

Oldboy - Amazing, very awesome movie. Everyone should check this out. A lot of great action, and an interesting story. The ending came out of nowhere, I really wasn't expecting it.

Fellini Satyricon - Well, it certainly was interesting. But I think it was too much of an art film for me. But check it out if you want to see a fat Richard Simmons (go to IMDb if you're curious).
