MY FESTIVIDS IS THE BEST OF VIDS
Thankfully my post from last night was unnecessary as I managed to eke out enough time to watch the TWO (!!) Muppets (!!) vids I received for Festivids this year! And you should watch them, too, because they are AMAAAAZING.
Dirtee Disco - Okay start with this one because it lures you in with the fun and funny and wild weirdness of The Muppet Show. This would make a great Club Vivid vid! And there's a cute little narrative running through it with the guests (SUCH good use of the Muppet show guests OMG)!
Love Can Move Mountains - THEN get your HEART FILLED with this one. Every Festivids, pretty much since the first one, I have asked for a Kermit vid, not really thinking it would happen because there's a lot of source and I had no idea what song someone would use but CLEARLY THIS IS THE PERFECT SONG and they used ALL THE SOURCE and it is THE MOST PERFECT KERMIT VID EVER. As I told my Festividder, this vid captures the most important part of Kermit's story - that what he does is about love. It's so beautiful and so fun and SO PERFECT I CANNOT EVEN. I JUST CAN'T. But you should! Comment, I mean. Hee.
