I am decided
I'm going to do it. I'm finally going to start the The Wire vid that I've been sitting on for two years. I'm in the right mindset as a person and I feel - mostly! - ready as a vidder. Not to say that I'm not scared shitless by the idea when I think of it as a whole. But I was listening on repeat to my vid song on the drive home and I kept making myself cry at various points, so I think it is time.
Which brings me to: I know
heresluck has volunteered to be beta/cheerleader/co-conspirator on this thing (and you are going to bear the brunt of my flailing, FYI *g*), but I remember at least one or two other people volunteering to beta as well, and I feel like I'm going to need a village here to pull this off. annavtree - you were one, right? Who else have I wrangled into this?
ION: Have not had time or ability to put together Puplet's two year (!!!) birthday post, so expect to see it sometime next week, for them that are on the filter.
IOON: Shouldn't have listened to the rest of my vidsong playlist during my drive as now I also want to work on my Joyce vid simultaneously. And the RIDICULOUS Castiel/Dean vid idea minim-calibre gifted me. And greensilver's auction vid I still owe her. O vidding time, where art thou?
But still. WIRE VID OMG. I hope it turns out as good in the flesh as it is in my head. They almost never do, and I'd be so disappointed if this were one of them.
