In celebration, have...a scan of Alfred piloting a spaceship?
OH. SO, we've been watching Dollhouse Season 2 and we're about three episodes from the end and it is SURPRISINGLY GOOD. Many of the problems I had with the show in season 1 have been addressed! And the plot is intricate and interesting! And Enver Gjokaj OWNS EVERYONE OMG.
I did not expect Daniel Perrin to be the doll! And the Attic CREEPED ME OUT. While I find Echo's sentience and ability to pull stuff out of her personalities at random fascinating, she is also heavily treading the line of Mary Sue. Especially after the Attic episode. I'm glad Adele was in on it the whole time; I had faith in her but it was quickly disappearing. They did that reveal just in time. I still love Boyd a lot. Paul still annoys me, although him with the doll architecture is a cool development. Victor/Sierra 4EVA. Summer Glau is one creepy chick. Heh.
Anyway, thank you to the people who suggested we give season 2 a try. I'm enjoying it! Such as it is. It's not really an "enjoyable" show; Joss has certainly taken a turn for the very dark.
