Bolded for your reading ease

I didn't realize how much I would love the characters in comics. Babs is MY FAVORITE EVER EVER EVER, but I also have MUCH LOVE for Dinah and Helena and DICK so far, too. (Babs/Dick OTP!!!1!) Plus I just started reading Steph-Batgirl and I'm only like four pages in and I already adore HER, too. COMICS FANDOM. YOU ARE TERRIFYINGLY HUGE. But also awesome, so there is that.

Number of vid ideas I already have: five. *facepalm*

ION: Dragon Age 2 comes out in two weeks! YAAAAAAAY. I expect that to eat my life for awhile, so I'm going to inhale all the Batcomics I have before then. Not to mention I also still am scarfing down Headstones/Hugh Dillon interviews/music like crazy. Plus there's Community eating my brain, and photography (I LOVE MY NEW CAMERA), and vidding (I have a VIP that I am keen on). Plus Puplet and AHH. It's amazing I have time for work. Heh.

I did have time for the Decemberists' concert last Friday. It was SO FUN and they were SO GOOD as always and I LOVE the new songs, and hearing them intermixed with the old stuff I confirmed how well it fits within their oeuvre even though everyone makes a big deal about how stripped down The King Is Dead sounds. "Rise To Me" always makes me tear up (especially knowing the second verse is about his autistic son <3) and live it's even better. They were loose but not crazy-loose, and they sounded fantastic. I hope to see them again at Sasquatch. (I'd LOVE to see them at Jazzfest but there's no way we're getting to New Orleans this year.)

Jumping to a mostly unrelated question - I'm looking to buy a Jay-Z album, as I have several songs of his and have heard more but don't have any actual albums. Which one would you recommend I start with? Just one!

And a handful of my favorite Project 365 photos:
