Though I am confused as hell about what's going on with Sarah and whatever that is floating above her. Also, what does it mean that Alan Parks was a waitress? The last 10 minutes of that episode were confusing. The thing flying above her is a Skynet drone of some sort, but whether they are building them already or it came back through the blue time bubble, I have NO IDEA

Ah-hah. I guess we'll have to see what happens! I agree, though, that I'm looking forward to Sarah getting her placidity back. Here's hoping. (I'm also hoping Derek joins the group again and stops having all of these stories outside of what everyone else is doing. This is what always happens to me; I like a show because of the "group alone against the world" appeal and then the second season they take that away - BSG, SGA, TSCC.)
I can't hate Ellison; he is in way over his head and has a lot of disparate things pulling at him. At least he's trying to do some good here with Cromartie.
Oh, I didn't think I could ever hate on Ellison either; in season 1 he was AWESOME! However, as much as he is trying to do the right thing, the fact that he is keeping things from Sarah and making decisions contrary to her's screams of arrogance to me; it suggests that he feels, while being totally new to the game, that he knows better.
And yes, I want Derek back with the family. I just worry about how the writers will handle that because I think he is going to have to kill Jesse (despite the fact that her motives seem less evil than they did previous), and just imagining the fallout from that.... angst-fest!
Very true, it is probably that T's came back to assemble them in this time, because I doubt that they would make living tissue big enough to cover that thing just to ship it. The whole indestructable metal talk with Alan Parks is kind of making me go WTF though, since we already know that Coltan exists in this time.
I don't think so, because the point of the liquid metal is not that it is indestructable, it is that it is transformable, so it can remold itself around any injury (except injury to the chip). It could be a metal before they started using Coltan, because Cameron said that they used to be made out of something else, but they found that Coltan had a much higher melting point - I assume they chose to go the Coltan route once the resistance started using lazer based weapons.

Then again, they could be complex variants of the liquid metal cyborgs.
