Deserving Something by dollsome. It's PG, Andy & Oscar, set post-"Business Trip." (She lists it as Andy/Oscar, but I didn't find it a 'shippy fic, personally.) What it is, is hilarious and so dead-on in Oscar's voice that it just rolled off the page.
