I'm way behind on LJ, so I assume everybody's seen this already, but just in case, the teaser for Joss' Dr. Horrible's Sing-Along Blog is up and it looks awesome. A couple of weeks ago I told belmanoir that I have kind of my ultimate Fraser/Vecchio song for season 3&4/Post-CotW F/V and then forgot to send it to her and I thought it would be fun for the F/V fans on my flist (the rest of you can scroll by *g*) to share it here so we can all swoon together.
Ok, so the song is Tracy Chapman's "The Promise". I usually see the first half as Fraser POV, and then the second half as Ray POV, but the beauty of it is that it can really go either way and ultimately apply to both at the same time. It's kind of my "some day post-CotW they could be together again 4eva!" song and it makes my heart go all squishy. I've loved the song forever anyway, so applying it to them just makes it better. I have a great mental vid for this song, but actually physically vidding it would be too difficult because a lot of it is source that doesn't exist, so I encourage you to mentally vid it yourself. Hee.
