Make a list of all the characters in your icons. (Although you may have more than one icon of a single character, they only go on the list once.) Alphabetize it. Take the first two people on the list; that's your first pairing. Second two people; second pairing.
Wow, I have quite a diverse set of characters on my icons. Heh. I went by last name, except in those cases where I couldn't remember (or they don't have) last names and I couldn't move myself to look it up. I also had but removed all cartoon characters (Cartman, Butters, Peter Griffin, Strindberg, and Helium). The muppets, however, stayed in the main section. Yeah, I don't know why I can make some mental leaps but not others, either.
Lee 'Apollo' Adama/Angel - I'm not sure how this one could ever work out. Lee isn't blonde. Hee.
Gaius Baltar/Miklo Braca - For some reason, I could see these two getting along, although I don't know why exactly.
Cosmo Brown/Seth Bullock - Seth would shoot him after the third song.
Chiana/Jayne Cobb - That would be hot. And if there were aliens in Firefly, so easy to do.
John Crichton/D'Argo - Aww.
Charlie Epps/Don Epps - Heh. There's a lot of this fic being written already, I'm sure.
Larry Fleinhardt/Kaylee Frye - She does like doctors.
Alma Garrett/Rupert Giles - In some weird universe, this might actually work. Maybe.
Charles Gunn/Xander Harris - Post-NFA, both sporting serious wounds from their fights, they meet up somewhere? I could see it.
Horatio Hornblower/Jool - Poor Horatio. He'd go insane.
Archie Kennedy/Kermit - Hee! Woobies On Ships!
