Okay, so Ep. 5 of Project Runway...
Why is Daniel still on the show?!?!? He totally lucked out again, by being mediocre he insured that he wasn't held responsible for the final outfit, and slipped by yet again. I'm not saying Kelli was blameless, because seriously...Did SHE even like that outfit?? I don't think she deserved the auf, though. She has consistently done far better work than Daniel could dream of, It was just unfortunate that she didn't step it up on this challenge.
Also, I actually really liked Blayne/Leanne's design. But I agree that it wasn't 'lipstick jungle' material. (Though, truthfully, I could give a flying f*** about 'lipstick jungle'.)
I agreed with Keith winning, because his was the most on target with the subject, and since he had Kenley to bring him down out of the clouds this time, he pulled it together really well. I also really did like Jerell/Stella's outfit, though.
The other two outfits were nice, but didn't really seem overly special or super-appropriate to the challenge.
p.s. I think Daniel's going to be firmly in his element with the Drag Queen challenge next week! ;)
