today has been very good.

recap:

babysat from 8-12. kids' mom was supposed to be back by 12:40 or a quarter till. didn't get back till 12, when we were supposed to meet at the middle school. i ended up getting there 8 minutes late (WITH picking up two girls--great time!) and everyone waited for me. aww. it was nice of them. plus, i think the mom felt bad that she was late when she knew i had to go, so i got $21 for babysitting for 3 hours, since she didn't leave till about 9 anyways (she likes to talk a lot).

hm, met up w/ everyone. went to olive garden. we had a good 20 people there--mostly varsity, about 6 jv's or so.

i had the breadsticks, salad, and soup lunch since i'm
(A) not that hungry around noon
(B) knew i couldn't eat a full meal or else i'd get sick
later.
it was good, in any case.

waited for the jv's parents to get there to pick em up since they couldn't come to the guys' varsity game with us. ended up taking emily and kristine in my car.

we listened to some fall out boy, but mostly no doubt's "singles" cd. i haven't listened to it in awhile, so it was pretty sweet. we sang along like total losers. it was great! haha.

got to boardman... i ended up turning into the exit lane by their school which was sorta stupid because you couldn't see the "no entrance" sign until you were already in the lane. luckily, there were no cars leaving at the time. it was pretty funny, though. i was just like, "Hey, most people aren't cool enough to pull that off. But I am! Heck yeah man!"

i was super hyper and outgoing today. very much so.

guys game = loads of fun. we made up stupid cheers and cheered like crazy. we were getting so into it. at the beginning of the game, josh keul had this sweet-ass shot that missed by about a foot over goal, but it was from really far away. we were just like (an example cheer):

"WOOOOOOOO JOSH KEUUUUUUUL! THAT WAS SOOOOOOOOOOO SWEET JOSH! THAT WAS SOOOOOOOO GREAT! KEEP IT UP GUYS! [giggle giggle giggle.]" josh is playing really good so far this year. he's improved a ton and is really exciting to watch.

there's a few girls on the varsity team that are thinking about asking him to homecoming (one of them because she wants to make another girl who she doesn't like mad by going with him instead of her getting to... did that make sense?). am i one of those girls? hm. we'll see.

boys ended up losing 4-1. they totally rocked boardman's socks in the first half an hour but they got really down when they let two cheapo goals in. then they sorta gave up. it sucked.

SG played very well as always. we were like "YEAHHHHHHH #17!" since we know he thinks it's funny when we cheer for him. his reaction was just hilarious... you had to be there.

we also were crazy during halftime and played in our bare feet. funny stuff.

left... kris, em, and i listened to the rest of the no doubt cd and then put in some dashboard. we played some of dc's faster slow songs... like "saints and sailors" instead of "screaming infidelities." and, once again, we sang along like crazy. hilarious. passed kayla and a lot of the other girls on the highway with the windows rolled down and screaming along to the gorgeouso chris carraba's voice. :)

then we put in "hands down" at the end, right when we got back to our stadium. swwwwwwwwweet!

jv won 4-0 vs boardman. we won 4-0 too. that shut up their jerk coach who won't vote for us in districts.

i can't really say that much about the game other than i played pretty sweet 95% of the time (hey, everyone has their mistakes). i was involved in 2 of the goals by assisting to the assister. i might have gotten the assist for the one goal, though. that'd be awesome.

it was flippi's b-day and she scored and assisted, which was pretty cool. we had a lot of people there too. including SG.

i did play pretty well. a lot of people were like "Kelly you were flipping sweet." and katie says that all the jv's think i am super fast--almost as fast as deja (our one freshman forward who missed nationals in track last year by a hundreth of a second). i actually believe it; i know that i sprint somewhat fast to begin with. adrenaline really pushes me over the edge.

only drawback to the game was that i felt sorta sick throughout the whole thing. my stomach still hurts a lot right now, and it's getting really annoying. also, there were about a million bazillion bugs out. i think i got a mosquito bite on the bottom of my chin, like under my chin where you can't see it (thank goodness). but it itches like crazy.

ended the night by taking daphne home and having another screaming match with katie. this time, it was to fall out boy. good stuff. i also drove by chris (christine lapmardo) on my street today. i didn't realize till i was past her house so i reversed all the way down the street. my street isn't busy, lol. she got to play some varsity keeper tonight. yay for her! she's just a cool person to hang with. probably one of my favorite sophs, along with airhart too.

yeah... that's about it. also, i took a much-needed shower. i sweat so bad tonight. now, i'm watching pretty woman with katie. my stomach is still hurting really bad... i sorta feel like i'm about to puke. which isn't good i suppose. it was really hot today; i think i might have overdone being outside. i DID use to get heatsick when i was little. and i'd get a temperature and throw up then.
