Karkat is a troll and a huge jerk. He is not a pleasant individual to be around. He may very well use words and language that you are not comfortable with. As well as vulgarities, he has been known to use misogynistic and ableist slurs. I will try to keep him in character as best I can, and as a result these may spring up in the course of his interactions. If you would prefer to avoid this, please comment to let me know, and I will do what I can to have him either avoid your character, or simply avoid saying them around your character.
