OMG, I just found the seatbelt PSA Gov. Corzine of NJ did. Wow. ;_;

That's horrible! I had no idea that happened. It just goes to show you need to drill seatbelt buckling in as a habit early on. I don't even think about it when I get into the car, that's how automatic it is. I never could understand why other people didn't do something so simple.
