Laura was.. Laura... boring black and beige. Uli was meh, Feesh will dig the animal prints but I can't stand em.

As in he didn't do any of the sewing and sent it off to a place that was not his workspace to have the work completed without his help, or are we talking about him bringing in a few assistants?
However the time span in question is 3 weeks, which in my opinion is more than enough time to even complete 12 outfits as long as the concept and materials where there, if he was just putting them together I think it was more than enough time.
