Okay, so two days ago I got this email from Livejournal saying:

You are receiving this email because you are a maintainer of the community theoc_slash.

According to the results of the Owner Election for this community, sdlucly has been designated as the owner of this community

They didn't actually hold any sort of voting process. I guess it was really based whoever has been a maintainer/moderator the longest or created the comm. I've seen this happen with communities I moderate too. It's just a little technicality. Doesn't really mean much. lol.
